What you’ll receive for your Functional Fitness Program subscription:

  • Daily Workouts - Our daily workouts are guided by the SugarWOD App and Demo Videos and include a targeted warm up along with accessory strength work and/or high intensity conditioning. Most workouts will take 45 to 60 minutes to complete. This program works for those working out at home with minimal equipment, a fully outfitted home gym, and even for those who already have a gym membership. The daily workouts focus on moving properly with functional movement patterns to keep you fit for the long haul.

  • Expert Coaching - We are striving to provide better coaching through video tutorials and demonstrations than you’ll experience at most brick and mortar gyms. We hope that you’ll take the time to review our videos each day to learn something that will help you grow in your fitness. We also understand the importance of modifying movements/workouts for a variety of reasons which is why we will always offer modifications to make sure you’re getting a great workout for your individual needs.

  • SugarWOD App - The SugarWOD App is free to our members and will guide you through your daily workouts. You’ll get exclusive access to the demo videos, workout descriptions and notes, and workout tracking to see your progress happening…all in the palm of your hand. PLUS SugarWOD includes a community whiteboard feature where you can choose to post your workout results, view results of others doing the same workout, and comment, fist bump, and encourage others in the 616 FIT online community.

  • Additional Access - You’ll have exclusive access to 616 FIT Online social pages and groups to interact with the community as well as learn more about nutrition, fitness, and all around well-being. On these social media pages we’ll share healthy recipes, exciting updates, articles and videos about movement, and more.

What you’ll receive when also subscribed to our Functional Strength Program:

  • Three additional workouts per week that focus on increasing over all strength. We will specifically target squatting, deadlifting, and pressing. In addition to the larger movements, we will train smaller muscle groups that add to over all strength by isolating them with more traditional strength training methods (think “body building with functional movement patterns”).

  • Access to the SugarWOD App for logging and tracking progress with Functional Strength workouts.

  • Video tutorials and instruction for movements used.

  • Recommended days to add Functional Strength workouts in combination with your Functional Fitness workouts.
